Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General No-Refund Policy
AnimeWallFX sells intangible digital goods. Once a transaction is complete and the download link is generated, the product is considered "consumed." Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or taste.
2. Qualifying Exceptions
Refunds are only considered under these specific technical circumstances:
- Duplicate Transaction: You were charged twice for the exact same Order ID due to a payment gateway error.
- Non-Delivery: Payment was successfully captured, but our system failed to grant you access to the file, and support could not resolve it within 48 hours.
- Verified File Corruption: The source file on our server is proven to be corrupted and cannot be opened.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We will NOT issue refunds for:
- Price Drops/Promotions: If an item goes on sale after you bought it, we do not refund the difference.
- Incompatible Devices: If you bought a mobile wallpaper for a desktop monitor (or vice versa) and are unhappy with the cropping.
- Minor AI Artifacts: As stated in our Terms, minor generation artifacts do not constitute a "defective" product.
- Unused Credits/Gift Cards: Purchase of store credits or gift codes is final.
4. Bundles & Packs
If you purchase a "Wallpaper Pack" or "Bundle," the entire pack is considered a single unit. We do not offer partial refunds for individual images within a bundle that you may not like.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first is considered a violation of terms.
- Account Ban: Users who file fraudulent chargebacks will have their AnimeWallFX account and IP permanently banned.
- Revocation: Access to all previously purchased files will be immediately revoked.
6. Currency & Exchange Rates
All refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction. We are not responsible for differences in refund amounts caused by fluctuating exchange rates or bank processing fees.
7. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated via Razorpay immediately. However, it may take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit. AnimeWallFX has no control over bank settlement speeds.
